Sabri Siraj is an antitrust lawyer with a broad array of skills cultivated at Harvard, the New England Patriots, and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. Sabri has represented clients ranging from family businesses to Fortune 500 companies. He focuses his practice on antitrust and other complex business matters including class action multi-district litigation, business-to-business litigation, white-collar criminal defense, and governmental and internal investigations.
Sabri has successfully represented companies and individuals before the SEC, DOJ, and FTC and has represented clients in civil litigation matters from the start of litigation to trial.
While at Davis Polk, he also took on pro bono matters assisting inmates with petitions for release from a state prison due to unconstitutional conditions. He also assisted a pro bono client through the entirety of the asylum-seeking immigration process.
During his time with the Kraft Group and the New England Patriots, Sabri gained an invaluable perspective on legal and strategic decision making from within an elite organization whose business revolves around competition.
While in law school, Sabri co-founded Pembe, a nonprofit built on mentoring aspiring law students through the admissions process.
