Another Biglaw Antitrust Partner Joins Bona Law
March 14, 2022
Molly Donovan, an antitrust litigator with over fifteen years of experience representing clients in global and US-based antitrust disputes, will join Bona Law, in their New York City office, starting today.
“The breadth of Molly’s practice is staggering,” says firm founder Jarod Bona. “As a former partner at an AmLaw 50 firm, she has represented corporations and individuals before dozens of US and foreign antitrust enforcement agencies, defended against criminal charges brought by the Justice Department, and represented major corporate clients in civil antitrust litigation in the US.” Molly has been involved in some of the most high-profile cartel matters of the past decade.
Molly prides herself on creativity when developing a strategic plan in litigations that will achieve the client’s ultimate goals effectively and efficiently. Say says, “Listening is the key. What does the client need to accomplish and why? If an unorthodox strategy makes sense, the fact that it’s never been done before is not a reason, by itself, not to consider it.”
On her decision to join Bona Law, Molly explains, “I am so pleased to have found a firm that is able to provide first tier antitrust expertise and support while at the same time focusing on their attorneys’ needs and interests outside the practice of law. That combination was critical to me, so I’m very excited to be joining the Bona team.”
In addition to litigating those disputes, Molly also provides counseling and compliance services tailored to clients’ individual business goals.
