February 16, 2022
Bona Law partner Pat Pascarella will discuss pending congressional antitrust policy proposals with Amy Klobuchar’s chief antitrust counsel Marc Lanoue on a continuing legal education panel through the Minnesota State Bar Association February 24 at 12pm CT.
Pascarella’s experience includes serving as a senior trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division, a dozen years as chief antitrust counsel for AT&T, and more than a decade at top law firms representing major companies.
Lanoue is the chief advisor on antitrust policy to Klobuchar, a U.S. senator from Minnesota, and FTC Detailee to the Senate Subcommittee on Competition Policy, Antitrust, and Consumer Rights.
The two will discuss a number of antitrust-related bills that Congress and others are currently considering, such as the proposed Competition and Antitrust Law Enforcement Reform Act and various technology sector-focused proposals. The program, “Antitrust in the Biden Administration,” will be presented by the Minnesota State Bar Association Antitrust Section and moderated by Aaron Gott, also with Bona Law, and Joshua Rissman of Gustafson Gluek. The deadline to register for this virtual CLE program is February 22, 2022.
